If an item isn’t right, send it back to our warehouse following the return guidelines provided with your order or on the product page. Please ensure items are unused, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging where applicable.

Instant Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and it passes our quick quality check, we process your refund immediately and send a confirmation email.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds typically appear in your bank account or on the original payment method within 5–7 business days, though timing can vary by bank or payment provider.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled by you before dispatch, or cancelled by us due to stock unavailability or other reasons, any amount paid for the products and applicable fees (subject to the Delivery Fees section above) will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Processing Time and Exceptions

We aim to process refunds promptly. In rare cases (e.g., bank holidays, additional verification), processing may take longer. If you do not see a refund after 7 business days, please contact support and include your order ID.

5. Fraud Prevention & Quality Checks

All returns are subject to a quality check to ensure the item is unused and matches the condition guidelines. If an item fails inspection, we will contact you and may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund as applicable.
