This Policy is published in accordance with applicable laws (including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011) and explains how Soquik Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Soquik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information collected through our website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services you accept and consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Soquik Technologies Pvt Ltd is a company incorporated in India. Our registered office is in Delhi, India. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
3. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected on or through:
- Soquik website(s) and web apps
- Soquik mobile applications on Android and iOS
- Related offline interactions (customer support, delivery, etc.)
It does not apply to third-party websites, services or apps that link to or from our Services.

Personal Data or “personal information” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify you (e.g., name, email, phone number, address).
User Content means any text, images, audio, video or other content you submit, post, upload or make available while using the Services.
5. Information We Collect
5.1 Information you provide directly
- Name, email, mobile phone number, delivery address, billing address.
- Account credentials (username/password).
- Customer support inquiries and communications.
- Reviews, ratings, comments, and other User Content (including blog contributions if you post).
- Payment or billing information necessary to process a transaction (note: we use third-party payment processors and do not store full card details unless explicitly stated).
5.2 Automatically collected information
- Device and browser information (device model, OS, app version, browser type).
- IP address and approximate geolocation.
- Usage data, analytics, pages/screens viewed, time spent, click activity.
- Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies.
5.3 Precise location and related data
With your consent we may collect and store precise location data (GPS) and the full delivery address for order fulfilment. We will share precise location and address with delivery partners, partner warehouses and service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering orders and providing services.
5.4 Information from third parties
Payment gateways, logistics/delivery partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms and social login providers (if used) may supply information to us.
6. Why We Collect Data — Purposes of Processing
We process Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account and provide the Services.
- To process, confirm and fulfil orders, arrange deliveries and returns, and handle refunds.
- To share delivery address/precise location with delivery partners and partner warehouses for order fulfilment.
- To communicate order updates, transactional messages, customer support and service notifications.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and illegal activities.
- To personalize and improve the Services and user experience, including product recommendations.
- For marketing and promotional communications (SMS, email, push notifications) — you can opt out at any time.

9. User Content, Contributions & License

Prohibited material includes (non-exhaustive): defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, infringing content, malware, content that threatens national security or public order, or content that harms minors.
By posting User Content you grant Soquik a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any media for operational, promotional and business purposes. You will not be entitled to any payment for such use.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, edit, remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
10. Prohibited Conduct (Overview)
You must not: post unlawful content; harass others; impersonate anyone; attempt to gain unauthorized access; use robots, scrapers or automated tools to extract content; transmit malicious code; advertise or solicit other users without our permission; or otherwise act in ways that violate the Terms of Use.
11. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, to remember preferences, for analytics and to deliver relevant marketing. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser or device settings, but some parts of the Services may not work correctly without them.
12. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data. While we strive to protect your information, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, plugins or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please read their privacy policies before providing Personal Data.
18. Monitoring, Enforcement & Legal Disclosures
We may monitor activity on the Services and remove content that violates our policies. We also reserve the right to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government authorities if we believe it necessary to comply with law, protect the safety of persons, or defend Soquik’s rights.
19. Blogs & Contributor Content
If users (including employees or third parties) contribute blog posts, those posts represent the author’s views and not necessarily Soquik’s. We may publish or remove blog content at our discretion. By submitting blog content you grant us the rights described in Section 9.
20. Specific operational disclosures
- Location Sharing: Precise location, delivery address, name and phone number will be shared with delivery partners and partner warehouses for order fulfilment and delivery operations. We apply contractual and technical safeguards with partners.
- Marketing: We may use Personal Data for SMS, email or app push promotions. You may opt out using the unsubscribe or in-app controls.
- Analytics & Advertising: Non-identifying aggregate data may be used for analytics and advertising. Third-party advertising providers may place cookies or use device identifiers.
21. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
